OUR COMPLETE AUDITOR'S TOOL IS USED BY MANY STATES
The IFTA/IRP audit software package is a complete auditor's tool that has been designed to help you conduct more accurate audits. It has an intuitive user interface with a natural flow from imported reported data to audited results. The system can interface with ProMiles or PC*Miler with just a few mouse clicks. Trip surveys have built in mapping programs that create trip details for you. Over 40 standard reports are available and the system interfaces with Excel and Word.
We have tailored our base package to meet the needs of the 9 states using the DB Software’s IFTA/IRP system. You can expect the same kind of personalized attention when we work with you to create your customized reports and whatever enhancements you require.
Professional Services
TRAINING & SUPPORT
We provide extensive training for our products. We will train your auditors or train your trainers and travel to you for the training at your request. We also provide training using GoToMeeting online where you can see our screen and we can see your screen.
DB Software provides continuous support to auditors directly. If an auditor has a problem using our software with a particular audit, we are always available to help.
DB Software will work with your IT professionals to make sure we can load taxpayer information into DB Software. When audits are complete, we create files for uploading the audited data back to your mainframes. Auditors will not normally have to enter taxpayer reported data.
You can audit IFTA. You can audit IRP. Or you can create a combined audit of IFTA/IRP. And our software provides the ability to audit many fleets.
